Can't please everyone although in my experience UM Chesapeake strives to. Keep up the outstanding work and stay encouraged!

All of the staff were super sweet to her and explained everything to her to help calm her down. Dr.Jeffery was absolutely amazing! He was so gentle and caring and made her feel so much better about the situation.
