- MIMelinda IreneNov 12, 20253.0We first got there I didn't see anyone, but after a minute someone came to the desk. This was my first time here because we were told that two of our friends were submitted here. They treated them well and us as guests well. A sweet nurse even gave us some ice and cups! I have to move to this area because it seems more better than hospitals and clinics in my State. After looking around for my mother's insurance card that we could not find a security guard came over and said that a worker was complaining that we were just hanging out in the lobby. One male nurse came over and told us to go over to a drug store. We just went over to the nice nurse that was kind at the desk and told her what had happened. And she was so helpful. I just wish some of the nurses would be more delicate to the patients. A few of them scared me watching as the stuck a needle in my mom's side! Please no jabbing. I will give an update after I see how they take care of my mother. THIS IS MY UPDATE: It's been basically 5 days and not one clerk can find my mother's license and insurance card. We buy another license and get another insurance, but I thought it was odd not finding those two items at a front desk. We didn't carry them into the operating rooms. The front desk was where it was placed.
