I was having complications with new medication that I'm on, and I have to say I had the best staff every today. They were so helpful and patient. I was doing very bad, but they got me in and out and took great care of me. Thank you so much!!

My 2 year old has had a terrible cough, with intense whooping sounds for a week - last night he stopped breathing a few times after these episodes. I brought him into the ER....he was seen for vitals within 10 minutes for his vitals, but not seen other than that for 4 hours (at midnight) He was tested for flu, rsv and covid during the vitals but during the 4 hours we sat in the waiting room (that was absolutely dead..) no one came to check on him at all. When we finally were called back I was told multiple times "Well, he seems to be acting fine now" even though I had explained numerous times that the coughing/breathing issues only occur when he was laying down/eating, and how scary they were. Somehow we went to Patient First a few days prior and they, who have a reputation for not being the most helpful listened to us more and at least checked him out more than the emergency room did. I'm disgusted with how very little concern they had for my 2-year-old just because he was happy and acting 'fine' when we were taken back into the room. We also got there before 3 other people who were all taken back to be evaluated before us....again...this is a 2 year old who was having serious breathing issues. I shouldn't have to risk driving him 30 minutes away to the next closest hospital when he's having episodes of not breathing because I can't trust a hospital that's less than 5 minutes away from us to do their jobs. Please do better for the next babies and scared moms that come into your ER...

We first got there I didn't see anyone, but after a minute someone came to the desk. This was my first time here because we were told that two of our friends were submitted here. They treated them well and us as guests well. A sweet nurse even gave us some ice and cups! I have to move to this area because it seems more better than hospitals and clinics in my State. After looking around for my mother's insurance card that we could not find, then a security guard came over and said that a worker was complaining that we were just hanging out in the lobby. One male nurse came over and told us to go over to a drug store. We just went over to the nice nurse that was kind at the desk and told her what had happened. And she was so helpful. I just wish some of the nurses would be more delicate to the patients. A few of them scared me watching as the stuck a needle in my mom's side! Please no jabbing. I will give an update after I see how they take care of my mother.
THIS IS MY UPDATE: Thanks for finding my mother's License and insurance card.
