- CJChris JonesJun 4, 20215.0Injured my shoulder skiing, emergency room diagnosed as a grade 2 /2.5 fracture. Referred to Dr. O'Mara and noted that the fracture was around a grade 4/4.5 fracture of my clavicle. Dr. O'Mara scheduled me for surgery that day approximately 36 hours later. Looking at x-rays before and after, and keep in mind my testimony is simply my opinion, it was clear to me that the work he performed was necessary and performed with precision. After the surgery and 3 months of PT, I estimate that I regained 90% range of full motion, no discomfort doing normal day to day activities, and only slight discomfort when extending my arm to uncommon positions. He provided me with reasonable and effective exercises to do at home in between the surgery and start of PT. I have not had surgery before, but all instructions and practices provided by Dr. O'Mara were effective and consistent with best practices provided by my PT. Office personnel and technicians were efficient, friendly, and upbeat all three times I was in for intake/follow ups. Highly recommend this practice
