I’m only in town this week to visit my elderly dad and just realized that his hearing aid needed some maintenance done. They didn’t have an opening, but squeezed him in! I’m grateful for their kindness in going over and above to help us out. It saved my brother from having to take my dad to one more appointment as most of those tasks fall to him.
