This was the best experience I have ever had regarding my reproductive health or truly just Dr visits in general. Every single staff member is kind, patient, and informative, from the security guard to the desk staff to the nurses and doctors. I came for an iud removal where the strings were missing and I was utterly terrified and everyone made such an effort to keep me calm and comfortable. I would like especially to thank nurses Eliza and Amarillis (I’m sorry if I spelled that wrong). Eliza stayed by my side through the entire procedure and came to check in with me in the recovery room too. She sent me home with a bag of heating compresses, pads, notes on when to next take pain meds, and even some snacks. I felt so seen and heard and everyone constantly checked to make sure I was okay and felt safe and comfortable. Amarillis chatted with me in the recovery room and got me some warm blankets and then walked my mother and I out at the end.
The staff make every effort to ensure patients are safe both in and outside of the office. There is even a box to check on the intake form if you don’t want them to identify themselves as PP when they call you with results. There are lots of free period products and disposable underwear and condoms and paper bags to keep it discreet. Even the waiting room is cute, the chairs are fun colors and there’s a tv playing Netflix shows. I am so incredibly grateful to have received such thoughtful care. I did have to wait a long time in the waiting room but that may just be due to the particular doctor I was there to see. My previous iud insertion (not done at PP) was the worst pain I’ve ever felt in my life, but here the removal and replacement was quick and painless. I was given a high dose of ibuprofen before, and Tylenol after. And got a heating pad and warm blanket in the recovery room. It is clear that the staff and organization care deeply about their patients and their health. Thank you just so so very much. I have horrible anxiety about doctors offices but this experience was just wonderful and I am so grateful again. I hope everyone who works here is blessed all their lives. Thank you for the work you do. You save lives with grace, passion, and kindness. 🩷

I went for a birth control appointment and everyone was so unbelievably kind and helpful. I was very anxious about the sedation and the nurses went out of their way to make me feel happy, comfortable, and safe. The whole process was smoother than any doctor or gynecologist experience I’ve ever had. Thank you ❤️

Very good service, all the team are very nice, and I feel very comfortable with my visits there. My nurse is always very kind and check with me all the time how my birth control is working, and she always remembers me that I can try a different anytime that I feel necessary, also they are very professionals, and no one's judge there about any decision that you decide to do with your body. They give you options and explanations. They help me to make that my MassHealth support any treatment there.
