    Waiting room took forever and when the nurse went to take blood from my arm she removed the needle blood squirted everywhere where I almost passed out

    Myexperience was horrible. Don"t bother getting there early because you are probably waiting anyway. They lost equipment and almost made me come back another day. There is a reason this place only has one star on yelp. Do yourself a favor and pick another place!!!

    Best place Ive been too for drug screening i was in and out within 30 mins with no appointment, very good customer service as well

    Only one star because I couldn’t leave a no star review! I went in there for a simple drug screening and basic physical for a preemployment sat there for 3 1/2 hours because they never sent me the link or had me fill out a form. Just let me sit there like an idiot! Totally unprofessional the only professional one was the nurse who did my work up. Michelle was great and apologetic to my wait time and said that she’s sorry for the oversight, but they were busy. She usually catches the stuff. The other staff can care less about.
