  I love Dr. Hanna and the hygienist. But the office lady Darlene claimed she called me about moving my appointment. She did NOT call me. I don't have a missed call or a voicemail from them like she claimed. She wasn't even sincere in her condescending apology. I actually realized because of this that I forgot to even set up my voicemail when I got my new phone. So how exactly could she have left me a voicemail? This is not professional of them at all. Not sure I'll be staying with them if this is how they run things. Dishonesty is a huge issue for me. Additionally, it is unacceptable to change an appointment without directly speaking with the patient.

  Very friendly and caring office. Dr. Hanna is patient and comforting. Office staff very nice. Love this place.

  The women who answered the phone was very rude, I spoke very politely and she was so dismissive. She cut me off mid sentence to answer a question and when I said “Okay thank you very much” she did not respond and immediately hung up. This all happened in a matter of 30 seconds, she needs better customer service if she is going to be answering phones.

  Such a friendly staff. From my initial phone call to set up an appointment to the end of my check up, the staff was fantastic! They made me feel at ease and explained everything with great detail. Dr Hanna Open minded and willing to listen to his patients needs and not unwilling to do the work. A rare find today.
