  I have used many pharmacies over the years and then I started using this pharmacy and specifically this location because of the outstanding service, compassion and knowledge the staff has. I always see Elvish Rodrigues for over 15 years. He is never too busy to investigate issues that may arise with the insurance companies etc. in this day of big pharmaceutical companies Stop & Shop is a true gem. Keep up the great work.   bad customer service (not the pharmacy’s fault, the only time they can breathe/think is their lunch break). bc coordinating they’ll give you multiple different answers regarding issues, say they’ll get back to you and never will, and routinely either ignore the phone ringing or put you on hold until you hangup… but i would do the same in their situation this is most certainly because they’re short staffed and overworked, I’ve never seen more than two people working and they’re always doing something. stop and shop set them up to fail from a customer service PoV. when you can interact (recommend in-person) with the actual pharmacists and techs are all awesome tho (~: with or without goodRx they’re cheaper for most scripts than my insurance… if you’re gonna shop, my recommendation is to touch base there first and start on the opposite side of the store, because they’re so short staffed they might fill it while you’re shopping cuz they’re so backed up. thank you to the actual pharmacy workers there

  This dump hasn’t changed since the last time I was here! I moved over year ago , moved back to area. This store hasn’t changed one bit. The manager should be fired! Never any wipes in lobby! Never enough registers open, most of the help is hanging around service desk talking. Plain and simple this place is a joke!!!
