Proactive findings discovered an immediate opening which I was able to follow up on. Care Patrol kept me in the drivers seat of decision making, but offered sincere sound guidance as to next steps. Again proactive coordinating the Assisted living with both my parents’ rehabs while I focused on my own personal tasks at hand making a match made in heaven for my parents. Huge weight off my shoulders. I did not feel alone. I was able to be confident for my parents whose life would change forever (in a good way).

Thankfully a friend told me about Care Patrol, otherwise I would not have known about this free service! Dave was very knowledgable about the different living facilities and gave me several good choices of places to visit that were within the price range and that had the amenities my parents wanted. He made the process so much less stressful and introduced me to places that I otherwise would have not known about. Dave was always easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions that I had. I am so thankful for Care Patrol, I don't know what I would have done without Dave's help!
