- CFCarla FebusJan 6, 20261.0Unprofessional. They made a mistake and instead of being patient so that we can fix the problem. They ended up cancelling my little brother appointment. AGAIN FOR A MISTAKE THEY!!! MADE. I had call over the phone a gave one of the receptionist my little brothers insurance due to it being his first time there and because they needed his insurance. The day of the appointment, his information isn’t in the system because someone on their end failed to put it in and I double checked to make sure they had all the information and that everything was in. Not only did they fail on that but as we’re trying to fix the problem and get his insurance information again for them, they ended up cancelling and rescheduling his appointment couple months later that’s not right and totally unacceptable and not even an apology for the MISTAKE THEY MADE. Wont be going back and would never recommend to anyone.

My son missed his appointment and no longer can get braces because they secretaries forgot to put information down when you give it to them. So unprofessional, I’m beyond frustrated and upset. They didn’t even bother to apologize for the mistake THEY MADE.
