We had the best experience at this dentist! It was my daughter’s first visit, and the staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. They took their time explaining things to her and made what could’ve been a scary first appointment feel easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate their compassion and care. We left with big smiles and a great first impression highly recommend! Thank you for being so wonderful with her.

The front desk ladies are fantastic and the hygienist that cleaned my daughters teeth was kind warm and did an excellent job!

I'm pleasantly surprised you follow HIPPA considering your lack of moral integrity as a medical provider. Having what you consider to be the childs best interest in mind-doesnt mean you get to forego informed consent laws and bully patients into what is convenient for you. And my expectations? My expectations are at bare minimum to be treated with kindness and respect. To not be threatened to have treatment witheld and DCF called because you don't have the decency to actually meet with patients and discuss treatment plans before walking into a procedure where a 6yo patient is already receiving nitrous oxide. But thank you for taking the time to respond.

PLEASE IF YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDREN-DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. THE MALE DENTIST IS CRUEL!!!! Edit to add: I'm pleasantly surprised you follow HIPPA considering your lack of moral integrity as a medical provider. Having what you consider to be the childs best interest in mind-doesnt mean you get to forego informed consent laws and bully patients into what is convenient for you. And my expectations? My expectations are at bare minimum to be treated with kindness and respect. To not be threatened to have treatment witheld and DCF called because you didnt have the decency to actually meet with patients and discuss treatment plans before walking into a procedure where a patient is already receiving nitrous oxide. But thank you for taking the time to respond. I had my first appointment here a few weeks ago. I knew my 6yo daughter had cavities and was willing to have a conversation and hear all the options. I was trying to communicate with the hygenist and ask questions. We came up with a plan to have 2 teeth extracted, 2 cavities filled, and wait and see on another cavity-all separate appointments. I was told that was fine and they made the appointment for 1 tooth to be extracted. Fast forward to today...i show up for my daughters appointment and they told me they were doing an extraction and a filling. I told them i was under the assumption we were doing just one extraction, no fillings. The hygenist told me that was fine. I was then told i couldnt be in the room while they used nitrous oxide because i was pregnant. I would have had her father take her if i had known that... A few moments later the dentist called me in to talk. My daughter was right behind him with the nitrous oxide on her face. He told me he wouldnt do the procedure today unless i also agreed to a filling. I said-"isnt my daughter already on the nitrous oxide? Youre not going to provide care for her?" I tried to have a conversation with him about what i thought was the care plan and what i had discussed with the hygenist. He doubled down, threatening me. Saying he wouldnt proceed with the procedure unless i consented to the filling. I tried to explain to him that wasnt the plan i consented to and that i had asked many questions at my last appoinmtment and spoken to the hygesnist today. He told me i had to leave-without my daughter, while she was on the nitrous oxide still!! I refused. I eventually told them to take her off the nitrous and i would take her to a different dentist. I was crying because of the way he was treating me and talking to me, just for asking questions about my daughters health! He then came in and told me he was reporting me to dcf for not seeking care for me daughter!!!! Crazy. He is the one who put my daughter on nitrous oxide and then refused care. This place is dangerous!
