  I’ve seen the term “predatory billing” used in these reviews and could not agree more. I was promised a $20 copay for preventative care, only to later receive a $200 bill for all the tests that were suggested to me by Dr Hilcox. I was never told that these tests were not considered preventative care and would be billed separately. Michelle in their billing department lacked any kind of basic empathy or communication skills, refused to cooperate or consider putting in the barest amount of effort in communicating with my insurance, and continually dismissed my concerns about the fact that their automated phone system was not working and my insurance rep could not reach them to discuss. Go anywhere else!!!

  This location deserves ZERO stars! NEVER go here! I lost my job mid January and got Covid the same day. So I only had the last week in January after I recovered to go to doctors appointments before my private insurance coverage ended. I went to this PP for BC and specified the urgency. I tried to provide my private insurance and they told me they had insurance for me in the system. They never got my BC prescription to the pharmacy before my insurance ended. I called begging them to send it over and it still never got done until it was too late. And on top of that, I now have a bill with collections because the insurance they allegedly said I had in their system didn't pay for my visit. And I'm just finding out now. Now they're telling me it's too late to bill my private insurance retroactively. I'm still unemployed and now I'm stuck with a $350+ bill I can't afford because of their screw up. NEVER go to this location. Go to the Boston location where they're actually competent.

  Went to this location a few months back, and they've sent me a bill for my visit every week since. I kept my receipt because I've had this problem with them before, I called to get them to stop, but the same bill comes in every week.

  I had a wonderful experience at this clinic. The staff was kind, respectful, and truly attentive. I felt welcomed and well cared for from start to finish. They’re also very inclusive, which made me feel even more comfortable and respected. Highly recommend!

  This place truly cares about you and has professionalism to the max. It was a bit hard to locate as there weren’t signs outside, but once inside, there are signs directing you. I arrived at 7:56 AM for my 8 AM yearly gyno appointment. The security guard searched my purse and used a security wand to make sure I didn’t have anything dangerous on me. The receptionist was professional, and I was called back at about 8:10 AM. I want to emphasize how much this team cares about their patients. I have a history of traumatic experiences at the OBGYN, and this is the first time that I didn’t have a panic attack since the incidents occurred in 2019. The nurse who drew my blood and did the initial check in was wonderful. She fully heard everything I had to say, asked the right questions, and was incredibly careful and attune to my wants/needs as she was drawing my blood. The NP You Ri Hwang was absolutely spectacular! She administered my HPV vaccine with incredible care and caution while being sensitive to my discomfort, talking me through it, and emphasizing that this is my body, I’m in control, and we can stop at any point in the process. She made sure to check if I had any previous bad or traumatic experiences, and she continuously asked for consent throughout the entire appointment. She was very gentle during the exam to check my IUD strings yet still incredibly quick. You Ri explained all of the background on everything I could need, answered my questions in great detail, and just went above and beyond in all aspects. Thank you for making me feel comfortable enough to not cry even one tear when normally this experience results in multiple panic attacks. I cannot recommend these practitioners enough!!!
