- JLJessika LJan 5, 20261.0They rescheduled my appointment while I was on the way there. When I arrived, they refused to see me despite me being on time for my original appointment. The excuse was that it was too close to closing time to be seen, but that's when I originally booked the appointment for. The lady at the front desk with the Gemini tattoo on her finger is extremely rude and lazy.
- NSN SOct 7, 20251.0I’ve seen the term “predatory billing” used in these reviews and could not agree more. I was promised a $20 copay for preventative care, only to later receive a $200 bill for all the tests that were suggested to me by Dr Hilcox. I was never told that these tests were not considered preventative care and would be billed separately. Michelle in their billing department lacked any kind of basic empathy or communication skills, refused to cooperate or consider putting in the barest amount of effort in communicating with my insurance, and continually dismissed my concerns about the fact that their automated phone system was not working and my insurance rep could not reach them to discuss. Go anywhere else!!!

So I only had the last week in January after I recovered to go to doctors appointments before my private insurance coverage ended. I went to this PP for BC and specified the urgency. I tried to provide my private insurance and they told me they had insurance for me in the system. They never got my BC prescription to the pharmacy before my insurance ended. I called begging them to send it over and it still never got done until it was too late. And on top of that, I now have a bill with collections because the insurance they allegedly said I had in their system didn't pay for my visit. And I'm just finding out now. Now they're telling me it's too late to bill my private insurance retroactively. I'm still unemployed and now I'm stuck with a $350+ bill I can't afford because of their screw up. NEVER go to this location. Go to the Boston location where they're actually competent.
