Went in for a routine cleaning and Todd Bucari aggressively removed a permanent retainer for no reason- he claimed it was an accident but there were two very forceful movements as he pulled it out- it certainly did not just slip out! As a musician I had even requested that care be taken with this area as it could easily affect my ability to properly play my instrument. He attempted to re-bond the piece, only to put it in such an awkward position that it certainly would have affected my playing. I had him remove it and now need to fly out of state to see my old dentist and have this amended. Very frustrating!
