  I have had a great experience with Marc at Powicki Physical Therapy. Before seeing him, my back and neck issues made it tough to comfortably play 18 holes of golf and affected my day to day routine. Now I’m feeling so much better and playing full rounds (or more!) with no problem at all and now visiting monthly for health and well being. What really sets Marc apart is how much he genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly wants to see you feel better—not just get through a session. His dedication shows every visit, and along the way he’s also become a good friend. I highly recommend Marc at Powicki Physical Therapy to anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues.

  I am a practicing chiropractor for 24 years. I recently took my daughter to Dr. Powicki to have her ankle assessed and rehabbed. She is a competitive gymnast and has been battling a reoccurring injury. Dr. Powicki immediately isolated the issue through a comprehensive history and evaluation. My daughter’s ankle was feeling better and moving more stability by the time we left the office. Have no doubts, Mark will have the knowledge, equipment and plan for your body. Thoroughly impressed and I would recommend his practice to anyone! Thank you, Mark!! Update: 6 weeks later and my daughter’s ankle has improved significantly with the taping protocol Mark prescribed. Thank you again Dr. Powicki!

  I am a marathon runner today because of Mark. When I set the goal to run my first marathon 3 years ago, knee pain kept me from making any run longer than 6 miles without having to walk. On my first visit, I expected him to say I had a serious knee problem. I was surprised when he assessed my gait and told me my problem was not my knee, but my biomechanics. He recommended orthotics and after using them a single time, my knee pain was gone. 100% gone. Fast forward to now, and I just ran my 10th marathon in 3 years. This time, I slipped during a rainy race and injured my shin. I was in so much pain, I went to an orthopedic doctor immediately and I was told to not run for 3-6 months. I was devastated. I have two other marathons scheduled for this year and my training was going so well! I hobbled in to see Mark and he immediately looked not at my shin but my alignment, my ankle, my biomechanics. He noted that I was out of alignment, performed some techniques and promised he would get me back running. I left that appointment with the pain almost 100% gone. I literally hobbled in and felt like I could run out! Mark is supportive and kind. He understands how important running is to my life and doesn't just give generic answers to healing. He looks at your entire body, analyzing everything carefully in order to get to the root of the problem. His goal is to get you back to the activities that you love. I know Mark will keep me running for years to come! I cannot recommend him highly enough!

  Dr. Powicki is a game-changer! As a soccer player aspiring to compete at the collegiate level, I needed to be in top condition. When I suffered a hamstring injury, I was worried it would derail my goals. But Dr. Powicki's expertise and tailored rehab program not only got me back on the field but made me stronger and more resilient than before.   Mark is an incredible PT, not like others, you leave there feeling much better than when you came in and he gives you a plan to continue feeling like your old self. My golf game has improved 100% since seeing Mark!
