Facilities are always clean and if you are ever running a few minutes late (not encouraging it… just… things happen) do not hesitate to go to class - the staff will make you feel at ease, ensure you can see the bike while adjusting it and will not leave until you’re 100% comfortable! Everyone is always so friendly and they keep us coming back ❤️ The themed rides are fun but I am a big fan of the theme-less rides - the instructors always have the best playlists and I always leave with new songs to download or oldies to pick back up.
- SSSarah SwalboskiApr 11, 20243.0Took the QUEENS OF R&B with Erin L. cycle class and while the class was fine I was not happy to hear that the instructor was talking behind my back when I had left due to not feeling well. I made it to the second to last song but had to step out since I was getting nauseous. The girl who came into the restroom to check on me was very sweet - she gave me a cold rag and apple juice, but I was told by other riders that the instructor had made a snide remark about me not liking her class and leaving....no miss, I was going to throw up and I didn't want to do it all over the equipment and other riders?? I won't be taking any of her classes again.
