Excellent service! One of the most important services available. Please donate! Everyone was extremely kind and they got me through a walk-in as soon as they could, which was within an hour or so. Thank you to everyone that helped me today <3

I have been going to this location since my college days, and have been grateful for the care PP at this location provides. My last few visits were exceptional – staff was attentive, friendly, they made sure to make you feel comfortable and informed about my health and care PP provides. So in contrast, my last visit today was very surprising. The provider Christina seemed almost hostile, and either distracted, or passive aggressive. After an exceptionally long wait, I walked out to see if they knew I was waiting, and how much longer the wait would be. Maybe that pissed them off. Because when Christina walked in to finally see me, she went straight to talking million miles an hour. When I brought up the wait, a simple ‘sorry for the wait’ would have gone a long way. Instead I got a lecture on PP being a community service, free care, some other stuff that has nothing to do with me. ‘Sorry for the wait’ is just a common human courtesy.
During the visit, I felt Christina talked extra fast on purpose. A lot of medical terminology, a lot went over my head. She made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed. I did not understand exactly what the issue I had was, and she was already talking about causes and treatment. Rushed through the whole thing, and then like: take the treatment or leave it, or come back later and see specialists. She volunteered practically no information about prescription she was recommending, so I was trying to think fast of questions I should be asking because I was so confused! The worst was at the end. She said she would walk me to the front. Opened the door to go and stood outside, but I WAS NOT DRESSED YET! Was she trying to humiliate me? There is a curtain and all, but can I put my underwear on before you leave the door open?
Finally, I didn’t know if she was calling in or giving me a prescription, or it’s something I needed to ask – just really poor communication through the whole visit that added to the general sense of confusion. And finally at check out, they must have had the wrong account pulled up altogether because they were reading out wrong information that obviously wasn’t mine. Not sure what changed, but I don’t think I want to go to this PP anymore, especially for sensitive care such as reproductive health. It’s already uncomfortable embarrassing and stressful to begin with, without the condescending and dismissive treatment.
I swear, the security guard is much friendlier that anyone I met at the clinic today.

I cannot express to you how lovely everyone was at this location. The check in desk. The security person. All the healthcare assistants. The doctor and nurses. Everyone was so genuinely lovely and made you feel very cared for. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs any care. Lou especially was lovely to talk to and they made you feel very safe. Dr G was lovely as were all of the nurses that worked with her. Sabrina was also very sweet. (Also feel free to delete this or ask me to delete this if any of these people DONT want their names listed for safety, I understand!)
