We had a really good experience with the product and staff at Belmont Medical. Everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They explained recliner options and alternatives, helped my husband to understand and test them out, and did everything to arrange delivery and set up of the chair. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. That made their customer support and service an especially important factor in our decision to go with them. The Vita Lift chair itself is among the most comfortable (for both me at 5'4" and my husband at 6'1") of all the lift recliners we tested; it's well made, and comes in a number of fabrics. Good product from a good company!
