I was offered an appointment early/mid afternoon, which was greatly appreciated, as I had a broken tooth, and wanted to address the problem before it became painful. I found the staff to be enormously helpful and friendly. Dr. Turpin was great, and when I explained I was very budget conscious, he didn't try to upsell, and focused entirely on the problem at hand. He explained the options for treatment, one of which was extraction, and I told him I preferred extraction. He provided the service with minimal discomfort to me, and we were done. I am completely happy with my experience.
