  I used to have to call the office, or my pharmacy woud have to send multiple refill request all the time, but not anymore! I was called by the nure shortly after a test was performed and I was given my results without having to look it up on the portal myself. Now everything’s taken care of ahead of time, and I don’t have to lift a finger. It’s such a nice change! This team is really on the ball, and I couldn’t appreciate it more. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff with a clean atmosphere.

  The past two years I’ve been going here both with and without health insurance and each and every time I’ve gone it has been a very positive experience. Today was the busiest they have been while I was there and still I only waited about 5-10 mins. I was seen by Mrs. Robison and a phlebotomist, both were quick and thorough. I have no plans to go anywhere else. Great job once again.

  I was really please with both Dr.Williams and his associate. The only thing is that the office was supposed to call me the week after I went with a code from my insurance to see if they would pay for the stimulator. I’m still waiting!!!I am hurting very bad and I would appreciate getting a appointment after the 1st with Dr. Williams. Thanks. Margaret Kimball

  Refuses to see the needs of her patients. Diagnosed prozac for anxiety, neglected to make any meaningful adjustments after nausea and worsened anxiety.

  One of the primary tenets of providing adequate mental health services is to have person-centered and professional engagment with both new and prospective clients. This clinic has neither. When concerns about your health and safety are met with indignance, incredulousness, and snide comments, it's clear this is a place to be avoided. For some, being on the receiving end of such treatment may be a tipping point for forgoing seeking help.
