  This afternoon, I visited the Ochsner Napoleon Pharmacy and was surprised and shocked at some of the employees sorted conversations. They may or may not have realized how obvious and loud they were cursing, telling vulgar stories and showing unprofessional conduct. Please talk with them - all of them are front line employees and should act as such. Aside from that, the employees who waited on me were very professional.

  I went to get a Moderna vaccine and was directed to suite 270. The woman at the information desk didn’t know where that room was, and almost made me think I was in the wrong spot. I had seen suite 270 before and knee where it was. suite 270 was locked when I went there. I stood in line at the pharmacy and they directed me to the outpatient lab, then back to the Pharmacy. It seems like someone called out of work that day and they developed a confusing work around. Maybe the info desk personnel need better updates or training to help customers.

  The lady who administered my booster Covid-19 vaccine was exceptionally rude. Told me that I wasn’t in the group allowed to receive the booster, “but since I had an appt, she’d give it to me anyway “. Not a word after that. Very rude.

  Came when no one else was open. Staff had a heart and were willing to listen. I wish I knew their names, I would list them out. Thank you for coming downstairs to make a $12 sale. The guy had an earring and the woman was super nice on the phone.
