I docked 2 stars due to lack of friendly customer service and abrasive delivery of service. Do not expect smiling faces or even a greeting upon arrival. Giving fluid donations of any type can create apprehension and anxiety for any patient/client/customer who is unaware of how the process works. So, this location could benefit from offering a warm or at minimal a reassuring gesture to its patrons.
