The results were very bad due to the doctor’s lack of expertise and responsibility, putting my father at risk of permanent damage. Many others have experienced similar situations. Everyone, please be cautious with this doctor.
- BLboss ladiMar 26, 20251.0Made an appointment with them at the referral request of Dr Hai Nguyen explained to them my 73 year old mom was bedridden and confined to a wheelchair. Get here and they say just to let me know she will have to be able to get out her chair and into theirs because the equipment is already setup a certain way. It takes a lot to get ready to go to these appointments and drive so far to just get turned around. This has to be against some kind of disability law.

This clinic is in violation and does not meet the standards or regulations of these accredited organisations HFAP),(CIHQ),(CHAP),(DNV), (IMV), (TJC),(AAAHC). The front desk male is very rude, unprofessional and steps out of his scope of practice. This individual tired on multiple occasions to enter the exam with the patient while there was a medical assistant in the room taking the patient’s information, this is an act illegal and against Hippa protocol. Dr. Tran do not like to answer patient’s questions when asked and will reply with “It’s ok, you don’t need to worry about it. When asked to explain in detail, the provide become offended and will try to project his anger on to the patient.
