- VTVictoria TroxlerOct 21, 20252.0Absolutely adore our doctor, Dr. Givens, but the staff for checking in and checking out at the St. Ann clinic are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and don’t seem to want to check in or out patients for the clinic. Hopefully they just keep having off days and aren’t this rude and dismissive constantly.

I have an extreme fear of needles and the women here were so kind, caring, and sweet with me about the whole ordeal. The woman doing the needle was very fast and efficient and made the whole thing as painless as possible. Absolutely love the people here thank you so much for looking out for me!
- MMMichelle MilnerAug 18, 20242.0Not really sure what’s happening to the medical profession but can’t seem to get appropriate care. I get my pap done in the office so I don’t have to sit in an OB office where people bring a slew of kids and family with them to where the patients don’t even get a seat. Anyway, STPN does my pap but when I asked for HRT the NP said I’d have to see a gyn. Then my lab work had extremely low values and after taking medication for over 3 months there was no improvement. I felt I was getting worse. Extremely lethargic among other things. When I researched my chart, I discovered it had been that low for years. I requested a referral to an endocrinologist in hopes they could look at everything as a whole, the vitamin deficiencies, the falling, the breaking bones, the hormones. I was denied by the NP and put on another 3 months of vitamins. This is just pathetic. No one send to be interested in finding the true cause and they just want to send you all over the place. Go see an ortho doc for fractures, gyn for hormones… I know all of this is interconnected and need someone who can look at everything!

He listened to everything I said and took it into account, ordering all the test needed, he was polite and respectful, never once cutting me off. I strongly recommend st. Tammany cardiovascular. I now have hope that things may get better. Thank you!
