    We have been to this location three times in the last year when we couldn’t get in to our pediatrician. I am actually quite surprised to see the negative reviews because we have had the best experiences. We’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes, always in an out without a problem. We had to visit this past Sunday and all three staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. I’m happy to have somewhere that I can trust the providers when we can’t get in to see our own.

    We were looking for a pediatric doctor for our kids and decided to try this place. Please be aware that it is a waste of time and money if you have an emergency, because you will only be attended by a nurse. If you're lucky, you might get a kind nurse.

    Went in and the nurse practitioner said she can’t order an X-ray. That’s the oddest thing I’ve ever heard before even seeing a doctor or nurse. We just wanted to be looked at and have an X-ray ordered somewhere within the St. Tammany circle, but nope. So I will not be visiting them again. The front desk was amazing though, she was very sweet, she was so helpful helping us find a second place to go, and felt so bad to turn us away.

    Overall great experience here. I did have to wait about 1 hour to be seen with my 7 month old but that was only because there were two “call ahead appointments” before me which I didn’t realize you could do. Next time, I’ll definitely call and schedule an appointment before! Doctor was great, very friendly and knowledgeable
