As soon as I entered the door I was greeted with a beautiful "purple" hello. Miss Dee is awesome and got me checked in right away. The technicians were friendly quick and efficient. The place is also so clean! like that.

- JJjody juneauFeb 11, 20221.0I waited over 15 minutes in the waiting area to be called to the back to do bloodwork. I was the only one in the waiting room! The lady who took my blood stuck the needle in and it hurt VERY much. When I said: "Yow! That really hurts!" She said: "Yeah, I figured it would be tender there but I knew it would give blood." What?? I have normal veins and have never had a problem doing bloodwork. My arm hurt so badly that I had to put ice on it for a long time afterward. The next day the area was black and blue. I'll never go there again. A terrible experience.

I have been going there since they opened, and I have never encountered an employee who was not the absolute best at their job, from the the admission staff, to the Lab and X-Ray technicians.
