- SWSilky WadeNov 4, 20251.0I’ve been going to Grand Family Denistry for years! Dr. Hepburn “was” my dentist. Great experience with him! The office moved years ago from Coursey blvd to off Millerville road which is when other dentists joined the team! This past year I had the worse experience—went for a cleaning & whitening trays & was told by Dr. Paige I needed a filling before getting the trays because he said he saw a chip on my teeth. I had no problems before going to the appointment to get the filling of which they put me with Dr. Bombgardner although Dr. Paige was supposed to do the procedure. Upon completing the filling I had multiple issues, contacted the office & provided feedback they sent me back to Dr. Bombgardner of which he grinded more to no resolution June 2024. I visited 2 other dentist & was told they should have done X-rays & deep cleaning after I complained of multiple problems but instead they just grinded & told me to bite down. Upon my many complaints Dr. Paige told me Dr. Hepburn was in Covington & that I’m welcome to go back to him after years of going here. Now I’m told they will need to do a root canal where Dr. Bombgardner supposedly did the filling because a nerve is damaged. Long story short, I cannot chew on my right side as a result of the filling which has led to the left side been irritated and infected, my gums hurt & are infected (gum disease) because I have to chew on that side. I cannot chew a piece of gum and was told by this office they can transfer my records somewhere else. I have reached out multiple times & no one has returned my call & therefore I will be filing a complaint with the board of Denistry & contacting my attorney. Again, I called multiple times & ask for management or Dr. Grand to no return calls. I’m in pain, my mouth is irritated & I cannot chew.
