Walk In Clinic was opened in 1980 by Dr. John Stafford to provide the Lafayette and surrounding areas with an ambulatory care clinic operating on a no appointment necessary basis. The clinic treats work related injuries, as well as private patients, daily. Dr. Stafford has always emphasized the necessity for employees who are injured on the job to return to work with some type of duty status as soon as possible. Working with employers provides insight to job duties available for injured employees to return to work.
The people that administer the drug tests are rude and condescending. Try to go somewhere else if you can.

I wouldn’t advise ever going here for a drug screening, they are really reallly rude, they will stereotype you an make you piss more than once if they judge you an think you need to pee again, mad unprofessional place, just stay ways from this place, if taking a drug screening make sure you bring more than one sample cause they will make you pee I’m a cup twice.
