- MGM. Colette GaffneyNov 28, 20251.0The employees are kind and professional and do whatever they can for patients. I'm always grateful for them when I call. The system is so messed up that I've been waiting for my new medication for 6 weeks and there's no end in sight to when I'll actually get it. I can't even get my prescription filled here but the doctor had to send it here first for prior authorization. This is an unnecessary middle man in an already overburdened broken system. My doctor makes a mistake in the prescription and suddenly I'm waiting even longer with no medication to cover me while I wait because I dealt with serious side effects from the previous medication. I'm sure nothing will change but if you're struggling with this too know you're not alone.
