- FLFowler Lauren5 days ago1.0I’ve called this pharmacy probably 7 times in the past 2 months and I’ve never had anyone pickup the phone. One time I waited to see how long it take for someone to pick up and I eventually hung up after 35 minutes. I also made the mistake of going in person to the pharmacy, there were probably 10 people in front of me, I stood there 15 min before leaving, not one person moved ahead in line. I’m not sure anyone actually works back there. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

And judging by all of the other comments going back months, nobody has taken this seriously and corrected the situation. I called for 15 min. Either fully staff a 24 hour pharmacy or put it back to regular hours. Management needs to step in.

- NTNam TranJul 29, 20251.0It is a cheating pharmacy. I ordered and paid for 60 pills of colchicine on July 1. But pharmacist Bridgette Lai gave me only 30 pills. The reason I know it is 30 pills because after taking the drug for 2 weeks, I only had 3 pills left — taking 2 pills a day. I went to the pharmacy to complain the shortage of the medicine, one pharmacist gave me some more, but it was only for 10 more days. That made up the total of 50 pills. In other words, they still own me 10 pills for five days. Today, I go the pharmacy to complain about the shortage again, but pharmacist Bridgette Lai refuses to give me the remaining medicine. Instead, I have to buy the 10 shortage pills. What a cheating it is!!!
