- MMMooberrybluffinDec 27, 20253.0Until today, I would have given 5 stars. The staff and doctors are all very caring and kind. I have been recommending this place to people looking for a good doctor. However, about a month or so ago, my son saw the doctor about an infected tooth and explained that he has to wait until January, when his insurance changes, before he can afford treatment. So the doctor prescribed him antibiotics and told him, since the infection would most likely return before January, that he would have a refill available for if/when the tooth gets bad again. So, now, the tooth is causing him terrible pain again. He submitted the refill request and the pharmacy said it would be ready today. A Saturday. In the meantime, he saw a different doctor yesterday about a completely different issue. He didn't bring up the tooth pain because he knew he was getting the refill on the antibiotic. Anyway, today, Saturday, we went to pick up the antibiotic and were told that one of the doctors canceled it yesterday. Why? No one called to verify if he needed it or not, or even let him know their reason for canceling it! Now it's the weekend and the clinic isn't open until Monday! Now he has to be in pain from his infection all weekend or go to the ER, wasting our time and money. I am seriously unhappy with this situation.
- BDBrandon DayDec 20, 20252.0So long story short my gf has major mental/physical issues that we've been sorting out. The psychiatrist there was recommended by the main DR who works there. Of course we jumped on the chance to have someone finally speak to my gf and possibly get mental issues sorted (or started at least) and the first month of that was good, the person prescribed medicine and told us to contact them via text if we had any issues. Well the medicine did react bad which is of no fault to the psychiatrist at all but we obviously tried to contact her over and over again with absolutely no response. If a psychiatrist can't take 5 or 10mins to respond to a patient to explain how to lean off the medicine then what good are they? Contact with mentally ill patients is extremely important especially when having bad reactions to medication. The psychiatrist is obviously there solely for the paycheck The DR is great for basic stuff but DO NOT go there for mental stuff. He will continously recommend brentwood which is an awful facility, people who know people know that the place is awful by firsthand experience, additionally we said no brentwood and he's continuing to push for it. Overall there are better places than this facility, go to them if you can. If you have to go to this one make sure you check all mediciation given to you, they have been known to handout stuff for depression, etc when not needed.

- CPChelsea PageJul 16, 20255.0I've been with these awesome people since they were in the trailer and still building the office. I recommend them to everyone. I've seen a lot of doctors over the years. Some good, some bad, but none like this. I see Ray Brown. He really takes the time to not only listen but he actually cares. When I come back he trys to remember as much as he can from previous visits. That makes a patient feel like you really care. Dr. P I don't see often personally, but everyone time I have he is sweet and funny and he cares a lot about his patients and every time I walk in the office he's always waving and asking how I'm doing. The nurses in this office are the best. I love how much they love their job and the people they take care of. They make you feel safe and comfortable, even on the scariest days. This place shows that true southern hospitality that most times we think is gone. These people have an amazing way of making each and every patient that walk through those doors, feel like they are important in an exam room and out. Thank yall for always caring!!!
