  My husband was a patient; however, the staff was so attentive to my needs as well. Making sure the sofa bed was set up, if I had enough blankets and pillows, also if I needed to order food. Dr Robichaux came in the next day and sat with us for 30 minutes and for my husband and I things like that go along way. The care that was received was so heart warming and I can say nothing but wonderful things about Avala the facility, staff, and doctors. You should be proud of your hospital and the amazing people you have working there. Thank you for everything!

  This was the cleanest most professional and State of the art facility I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the doctor to the janitor. There was not one person we crossed who didn’t tell us hello ask if there’s anything we can do to us ect. Have absolutely nothing bad to say about this procedure and stay. They even took great care of my wive who stayed with me firing my recovery.

  I highly recommend you make an appointment today if you are having pain in your neck or back or legs with Dr. Jared Robichaux at the Pain Clinic in Gray. He is a very kind neurosurgeon that takes all the time you need to understand your medical problems and explains your path to wellness. He is with AVALA Spine from Covington. I personally didn’t know him but had my first appointment with Dr. Robichaux and had lumbar surgery a month later and I can walk without pain and no pain medication required! Top notch medical care in Gray and exceptional hospitalization care in Covington. Dr. Robichaux didn’t sugar coat what had to be done to alleviate my pain. I can’t say enough the pain I had and now so much better! Trust his knowledge and his true caring and understanding of your condition. Dr. Ribichaux’s staff is very caring

  I highly recommend neurosurgeon, Dr. Jared Robichaux and his staff. He diagnosed and operated to fuse my L2-L3 vertebrae. The results have been very positive. I had been unable to use my left leg properly. Following the surgery, I am able to walk normally. I expect to regain full function of my leg after completing physical therapy. Dr. Robichaux also supervised treatment to correct a bowel blockage which I experience following surgery (I have a chronic bowel movement problem). After 3 weeks the incisions had healed nicely and I was off of pain medication except for Tylenol and Lyrica. After 5 weeks, I am pain free. Nurse Macy and Admin Asst Liz have been very professional and caring to set up appointments and answer questions and help me with the whole process. Thank you to Dr. Robichaux, Macy and Liz! The surgery and recovery was completed at the AVALA hospital in Covington, LA. The care I received there was first class and their staff treated me great! I am blessed that a friend from church recommended AVALA Spine to me.
