Scanning her paperwork is more important than helping the people standing in front of her. I was here last week for a pre op screening and had to come back for another screening and to find out what type of blood (even though I know what blood type I am)…last week I had blood work ran here for the pre op…so why am I having another screening?! I do not ever recommend anyone to come to this out patient pavilion.
- CCcprh cprhAug 19, 20255.0This was my first time visiting this hospital, with an appointment for ultrasound. From the first time stepping inside, I felt welcomed for the lady at the front desk. She was very helpful because I had an appointment for later yesterday, and she try her best to accommodate me for an earlier appointment, but with a risk to wait until my appointment time. Iwas grateful that Ms Lee took her time to get me in and out before my original appointment. Thank you Ms Lee and STHS PAVILLION for such great staff, as always.
