- LGLaura GaillotMar 28, 20251.0I was turned away tonight from the express care on hwy 21. I explained that my son does not present with typical symptoms when he has strep, instead he presents with GI symptoms. The NP would not swab him bc he didn’t have fever. We went to POD and he does in fact have strep and got the treatment he needed.
- AEAbby ErwinOct 23, 20241.0Apparently this is not a real walk-in clinic. I’m not sure what the purpose of this place is, but they couldn’t do anything for a swollen finger (possibly sprained or broken). Sent us to the hospital.

The receptionist said urine would have to be sent out to the hospital ER. They advertise as "Express," seriously. Appears to push sending you to the ER, must be a gatekeeper for exactly that. Why would anyone want to spend thousands of dollars to verify something as simple as a UTI. Left and went to a real Urgent Care. Will never consider using Express Care again and plan to share our experience with everyone within the community...seeing this place only has 3stars speaks volumes. St Tammany should be ashamed for these types of negative medical experiences the community is having with this facility.

- VVVicky VegaJan 5, 20221.0If I could write this clinic zero stars I would I work Monday through Friday their hours so they close at 9:30 I pulled up at 8:45 and they refused to see me even though the sign said open and there was still people working she stated that they had already seen enough patients for the day and they were closing down early this is unacceptable this is a ST. Tammany Hospital express care clinic the hours are stated on the door I Drove an hour to this place to be turned away.
