    Super rude receptionist that acted like I was the biggest inconvenience to her. Dr. Caillouet, Nurse Valerie and Anne have all been super helpful. I appreciate them.

    Dr. Jones provided excellent care & communication with me both before & after my recent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. He & his office staff were timely, polite & efficient. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Jones again & would feel confident recommending him to family & friends.

    I have had 3 experiences with this group of surgeons. Dr. Jones is exceptional! He has done surgeries for 2 of my children. He is thorough, skilled, and has a fantastic bedside manner with his patients and their family. My 3rd, and most recent, experience was with Dr. Caillouet. All I can say is that it was the most horrible experience I have ever had with any doctor. She was completely unprofessional, showed obvious frustration with the patient and family members, and even worse, she admittedly used her authority to "punish" the patient by withdrawing medication after surgery. Her incompassion caused unnecessary pain and extreme discomfort for the patient. For Dr. Jones a 5 star rating wouldn't be enough, but because of the experience with Dr. Caillouet, a 2 star rating is the best that I can give this place of business. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones as a surgeon. However, I would NOT recommend Dr. Caillouet to anyone.

    Dr Jones saved my life after a horrific automobile accident with a ruptured Mesenteric artery. Can’t say enough good things about him. Took the time to explain everything calmly in an otherwise chaotic situation. I don’t think I could have been in better hands!
