- SRSarah Ann RiceOct 24, 20171.0Scheduled an appt for my 7yr old son, picked him up from school for the appt and after we arrived , they informed me I wouldn't be allowed to accompany my 1 St grader in the back for a routine check-up. This is apparently his policy, which in my opinion, should've been mentioned at the time we made the appointment. I WOULD NOT recommend this place for children. Even Adults are prone to being anxious and reluctant about visiting a dentist..it makes no sense to me what so ever for a child not to be allowed to have their parent accompany them. We ended up walking out, still needing a check-up, which means another day of school missed. Any parent could tell you schools are very strict on any days missed and this one was for naught. 👎. However I did end up finding an awesome dentist in Richwood,Ky @ Richwood Dental, the front office staff is amazing as well as the dentist, so everything turned out to be a positive!
