It was a holiday and I know no one likes to work holidays but I also wouldn’t be here if I didn’t think I was sick enough to need testing prior to going to work. Staff was rude expect the front desk clerk who was kind.They were very dismissive. Didn’t knock when entering the room. Didn’t speak to me when in the room or prompt me what they were going to do then would leave and say “15 minutes.” They swabbed me and didn’t tell me what it was for. It was very off putting and I won’t be back.

However my new employee sent me here to Bellaire Drive in Nicholasville Ky and I can honestly say I enjoyed my visit. They were quick very polite and got me in and out with a drug test dot and pat i really wouldn't mind driving here if I needed to go to Concentra. Thanks for being a place for everyone 😊
