- BBBrittany BrarOct 7, 20241.0Had a TB test done and they scheduled me to return for the test results 3 days later. I received a notification that my appt was scheduled in Arizona??? So I called customer service and they said the clinic isn’t even open today and if I don’t get my results within a few hours, my test is no longer valid. Now I have to drive far away to the nearest open clinic and take time off work that I wasn’t planning to. Why would they book me for a day they aren’t open? And in Arizona of all places? This has completely messed up my schedule for the day. very frustrated.

- BWBrenda WalkerJun 15, 20223.0Had to make two trips for poison ivy due to severity of it. Given ointment at first and it got worse. Had to schedule the next day as my arms were red and oozing. Had two copays, two visits. Then computer didn’t work to issue prescription. Had to hand write. Pharmacy at Kroger was closing for lunch. Mentioned that they were closing and I was hoping to at least get it in. She said oh well it takes awhile to fill anyway. No help no concern to my oozing nasty arms. I left there worn out and ready to cry.
