I went to the little clinic today very sick. I scheduled an in person because last visit was in November and they didn't take care of one of my concerns at the time mind you I only had 2 minor issues in November. Cut to today and I told the assistant what was wrong and she collected urine because I still have a uti from November but I also am really sick with another issue. Anyway Taylor bickett was so rude and asked me if the urine was not the main reason I was there why did the assistant collect it and she proceeded to rudely tell me she didn't have that much time for an appointment. After eventually getting the full picture she prescribed some antibiotics that would cover everything but I don't recommend that anyone who is sick visit here unless you want the runaround. I also want to add that that she basically yelled at me for being too sick and busy argued with me about everything including whether I have a fever or not which could have been easily proven by them taking my temperature which they did not and after an unnecessary flu test and us rudely communicating with each other. We did get around to me getting the antibiotics I need and after I shopped at Kroger for several items went through the checkout line and drove home it was 3:30pm and my appointment was at 3pm so sorry for taking up sooo much of your precious time

This is advertised as a walk in clinic. It is NOT. YOU must have an appointment to be seen. I lost over two hours time going in to be seen only to be given a appointment for two hours later. No one in waiting area at all.

I have been sick since August 4th 2025. I went into this little clinic on Saturday August the 9th. The receptionist up there as always has a fabulous demeanor in bedside manner! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't even give two stars! I believe that the little clinic deserves to be noticed for her outstanding reception and her personality I wish I could give it five stars because of her and her only! I had told what the doctor that I needed antibiotic and a steroid shot. I had a severe sinus infection and possibly an upper respiratory infection. This is what my normal GP would have gave me if I would have gotten into seeing him. I saw a Dr Dushan Bibb nurse practitioner (I'm not sure if I'm feeling her name right) She proceeded to tell me that I needed to take a COVID test which I had already done and told her it was negative. Then after looking me over not being able to breathe, lymph node swollen, coughing up green mucus and what felt like my lung, extremely tired, a booming headache and coughing non-stop barely talking and breathing She decided to tell me that I had a viral infection. I had told her that my normal doctor give me a steroid shot and an antibiotic for my sinus infection and she told me I didn't have that. She also told me that it would go away in 10+days and if it didn't to come back and see her. I just sort of laughed. She told me she was going to write me a prescription for an inhaler and low dose steroid and cough medicine. On Saturday when I went at 9:15 a.m. on August of 9th I didn't get my steroid prescription until Sunday evening. Why you ask because she didn't prescribe it I had to call back there and ask her to fill it! Then I didn't even get the inhaler or the cough medicine that she told me she was going to get me. It is now August the 16th I'm still coughing and snotty green mucus and I have a doctor's appointment coming to with my GP. It amazes me how these young doctors will let you suffer everyday while you go to work and not only that but not listen to what you have to say about your own body. I'm 52 years old I don't abuse medicine and I'm still sick. If I go back up to this little clinic and I find out that she's there I won't use her I will leave!
