I have been sick since August 4th 2025. I went into this little clinic on Saturday August the 9th. The receptionist up there as always has a fabulous demeanor in bedside manner! If it wasn't for her I wouldn't even give two stars! I believe that the little clinic deserves to be noticed for her outstanding reception and her personality I wish I could give it five stars because of her and her only! I had told what the doctor that I needed antibiotic and a steroid shot. I had a severe sinus infection and possibly an upper respiratory infection. This is what my normal GP would have gave me if I would have gotten into seeing him. I saw a Dr Dushan Bibb nurse practitioner (I'm not sure if I'm feeling her name right) She proceeded to tell me that I needed to take a COVID test which I had already done and told her it was negative. Then after looking me over not being able to breathe, lymph node swollen, coughing up green mucus and what felt like my lung, extremely tired, a booming headache and coughing non-stop barely talking and breathing She decided to tell me that I had a viral infection. I had told her that my normal doctor give me a steroid shot and an antibiotic for my sinus infection and she told me I didn't have that. She also told me that it would go away in 10+days and if it didn't to come back and see her. I just sort of laughed. She told me she was going to write me a prescription for an inhaler and low dose steroid and cough medicine. On Saturday when I went at 9:15 a.m. on August of 9th I didn't get my steroid prescription until Sunday evening. Why you ask because she didn't prescribe it I had to call back there and ask her to fill it! Then I didn't even get the inhaler or the cough medicine that she told me she was going to get me. It is now August the 16th I'm still coughing and snotty green mucus and I have a doctor's appointment coming to with my GP. It amazes me how these young doctors will let you suffer everyday while you go to work and not only that but not listen to what you have to say about your own body. I'm 52 years old I don't abuse medicine and I'm still sick. If I go back up to this little clinic and I find out that she's there I won't use her I will leave!

If you do go here don’t just let them scan your insurance. They are in network for me but said my insurance wouldn’t verify. Called my insurance who confirmed they were in network & told me make them manually run it next time. I will not be going back here.

The office staff was pleasent and competant. However, the NP attended to his patients with a level of disrespect to acuity and decorum. 3 or 4 truckers came in support of 1 coworker who needed medicsl evaluation for DOT work. In short, the DOT evAL was bumped ahead of the 2 patients waiting. I do not recall the NP's name but he was very tanned male, well-groomed NP with facial hair. After a sidebar conversation with the NP beyond the partition, the trucker was seen. I, along with another female patient, signed in and had been processed with copay collected. I cannot attest to any specific impropriety during the sidebar conversation, but when I overheard the NP tell the staff he would take his break after the one he had (referring to the DOT walk-in) I requested my copay to be refunded and spoke candidly with ancillary staff about this disservice. In short, the worker's failure to comply with their job's requirements is not an acute medical condition .... their failure to plan became my problem when the sidebar conversation seemed to influence the medical work flow at this site. This experience has so soured my shopping at Auburndale Kroger that I drive to either Valu-Market ot Kroger on Central Avenue still months later. If Kroger wants to have a better standing with this consumer and her family of 4, please consider the auxiliary service providers' impact of this 15 year resident of Beechmont residential neighborhood. Also, I was very disappointed that I did not receive any opportunity to provide formal consumer feedback after receiving my refund via ''The Little Clinic''. Perhaps customer satisfaction is not a value measure for this company.
