  I have absolutely horrible dentist anxiety and I hadn't been in a very very long time, but EVERYONE there is absolutely AMAZING, they made me feel comfortable help me breathe through getting the shots and just over all absolutely amazing !! I haven't smiled with my teeth in over 5 years and after my appointment I was able to smile again !!! :) 10/10 recommend this place !!!

  This place does not care about their patients they make people in pain wait 6 months for an appointment they do not care if it is an emergency or not they also tell their patients all the dentist in this are are on a 6 month wait which is not true my insurance gave me. 4 different dentist and they all were ready to see me the same day I chose the one. Closest to me if you are in pain call your insurance and change your dentist don’t wait their ridiculous 6 month wait time

  I’ve always been scared of dentist until I came here omg it was so clean and everyone was extremely friendly and the best dentist experience I’ve ever had I highly recommend

  If you have dental anxiety, do not go to this dentist. This is the worst dentist I've ever been to. While yes, they do take my insurance and the lady at the front desk is super sweet and understanding, Dr. Pavon was extremely rude to me. So was one of the dental assistants. I got my xrays and fillings done May of 2024. After each set of fillings I needed, I had to go back a day later to have them filed down so they weren't sharp and rough and so that I could floss because they were too close together. The dental assistant acted like everything was an inconvenience to her, including her coworker who couldn't think of the English word for a tool (she huffed and puffed and told her to go away and she'd just do it herself) When I told Dr. Pavon the issue with my fillings he tried to gaslight me into believing my tongue wasn't numb when I had them done and should have said something day of the fillings. He and the rude dental assistant used dental filing tape so aggressively to file them down that I left with swollen, bleeding gums. I have bad anxiety around going to the dentist and informed them of this fact and they still talked down to me and treated me like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. I called back today, a little over a year since I've been there, because my fillings are 2-3 times darker than my actual teeth and look really bad, one of them even flaked on the back of my front tooth and I can feel it missing. While I'd love to have them fixed properly (they offered to get me in with a different dentist), I will not be back because they seem to value quantity over quality and overbook patients then try to get them out as quick as possible, regardless of how well the work is done.
