  In all honesty, this was probably the best medical experience I've ever had. I felt respected, well cared for, and my gender identity was affirmed with no hesitation or doubt. I genuinely cannot recommend planned parenthood well enough as a safe place to begin your transition journey. No one tried to talk me out of it, or convince me it was just in my head, or it was a phase. Thank you so much. Officially began my HRT 02/06/2026 and couldn't be happier. They even gave me a cute gender pin on my way out. -Jaz

  They wouldn’t let my bf get tested. We’ve been together 5 years and has had unprotected relationships the entire time. Had something show up and went to get tested and they wouldn’t even let him be seen. Told them they don’t do that there. Wouldn’t even let him talk to a doctor or be seen at all. Told him he had to have an outbreak to get tested. Wouldn’t let him past the lobby even with an appointment. Drove 20 miles just to go there that day to be turned away without being able to speak to anyone but the dude at the front desk. Gave no other options to help just wouldn’t let him go back. Awesome we got people like this helping our community. White middle aged bald white guy.

  I'm torn with this review. The doctor I see(Auger?) Is absolutely amazing. She's the best gyno I've ever been to. The staff has always been super friendly and the facility is really clean but I'm not so sure about whatever is going on beyond the front desk. The first pap I had there years ago was abnormal and no one bothered to tell me until I went back a year or so later(I spoke with someone that wasn't my regular doctor about it). I went back for my annual in December and late January I got a letter saying that I had abnormal cells in my cervix and was told to come in for a follow up. That was a horrifying letter to get and when I went in they told me it was a mistake and I shouldn't have gotten that letter. The women at the front desk seemed genuinely sorry for the mix up but that was a VERY big mix up. Hopefully my situations were just isolated incidents because PP is honestly a wonderful very necessary thing but I don't think I personally want to go back there.
