Make sure to follow all instructions precisely. Avoid opening your eyes following the procedure and the night of the procedure. The pain and irritation subsided for me the morning after. Use the drops provided! Only reason for the 4 star review is on the day of my procedure, we arrived to the clinic as instructed. Upon arrival, we were informed that some of the items used to perform the procedure were defectice and there was a risk that the procedure may not go as smooth as usual. They gave us the option of rescheduling the procedure to a different week or travel to the Lexington facility that evening. We opted to travel to Lexington, so they did give us a decent discount for our troubles! If this inconvenience would not have occurred, I would have rated 5 stars. Highly recommend regardless!

I’m still in recovery, but I can already see such a huge difference. So grateful and highly recommend! ✨
