They made me fill out 5 pages of paperwork that took over an hour, made me wait for 45 min in the waiting room before telling me they don't take my insurance. They receptionist lady stated this has happened 3 times before. Well, if it's happened 3 times before, don't you think the 1st thing you should ask when someone calls to make an appointment saying they have Delta is whether you have DeltaCare or not? It was a complete waste of my time and your time. I also wasted sick time for work which I can't get back. Super unprofessional.
