The wait was ENTIRELY too long for there to be such a small amount of people in their waiting room. What’s worse, they kept calling people back who walked in well after me. Made me late for my following engagement.

I was thinking I was gonna be there for a couple of hours when I walked in! I was totally wrong! The waiting room was probably half full and I was in and out in probably 40 minutes tops. They had great service and everyone completed their jobs competently and was very nice and professional!

The shoulder therapist is quite nice. But whoever is doing the occupational therapy, not very personable, and not very clear with their instructions. Definitely, a lot more talkative with other clients than they were with me. I don't mind when they're working with multiple people. But I don't like it when they just turn in their seat, give me instructions, and then go back to what they're doing with the other people. They don't even really take the time much to come over to see me. Explain what might be going on.And what the actual exercises are gonna help me accomplish.

My provider Kristen was excellent with care , professional approach, respect. When I got to OT with Amy its was a different attitude. At first I thought she was going through a bad day or something so I really didn't mind but today the second day was far worst service, attitude, behavior, towards me compare to others i noticed. My appointment was 1:30pm I signed in at 1:20pm which she had a patient until 1:42pm. She (Amy) took a towel place it on a distance table called me Ms. PETERSON sit here. As I sat she stood over me with a tool and said grab this a make a fist for 10 mins and she walked away. The whole time I was doing that excersis at the end she walked up to me and said it was not the right way. First of all she will not let you speak your full statement or question and she will sit you off. So I said is there anyone else who can better sit to show me. Her answer was I (Amy)is the only one. I didn't say anything word to her just endured. She (Amy) brought objects for excersis back to back saying o if you don't do them than I will just put 0 for the doctor to see and Secondly you have limited time of what my job can take. Like I was a kid. This incident I don't wish it on no one likewise myself. I need my hands more than she can imagine. Multi talented with my has and don't want nothing to happen to it. Likewise wants the best treatment to get it back to normal. When I spoke to scheduleler its like they all are aware of her behavior. All he could say its nothing he can do but I should call my company for further adjustment. Its sad. The only reason for this 1 🌟 is my doctor

I’ve had to come to Concentra several times for work-related injuries, and every visit drags on way longer than it should. Even for something as simple as a splinter, they scheduled a follow-up just to check for infection. I only went along with it to stay in line with the work system. I showed up early since that’s how my ride worked out, but they still made me wait nearly an hour just to have someone look at my finger for maybe two seconds. It honestly feels less about patient care and more about how much they can bill the employer. In the past, I had a minor leg injury that turned into a minimal at least seven weeks of physical therapy. The staff are alright, but the whole process is slow, overly rigid, and clearly designed to stretch things out. If you’re sent here for anything work-related, expect long waits, unnecessary appointments, and a lot of wasted time. If it wasn’t tied to my job, I wouldn’t come here at all.
