I heard and felt so much scraping and crunching, tears rolling down my face. I explained beforehand to the tech I'm hard to numb. Typically I need a five minute wait time. I have NEVER EVER went to a dentist that didn't apply topical numbing agent, then inject numbing agent and wait 2-10 minutes. I heard so much crunching as he interested the needle around my tooth and then the jaw bone. Him showing 5 minutes of patience and having any kind of bedside manner would have made a world of difference. But oh my goodness the hygienists and everyone other than the DR went above and beyond, I could see that it effected her how much pain and how"heavy handed" he is. No it's not heavy handed it's torture... Period

Don not come here!!!! Did an improper root canal pushing materials past my sisters gum line. MALPRACTICE do not go to Him he’s only interested in easy insurance money. Lazy, unprofessional and not concerned with how clients feels after he has messed them over.

I went to this dentist because when I was young another dentist convinced my mother to "seal" my sister and my teeth around the ages of 13 and 14. My older sister ended up having the same problem as me. My oldest brother didn't have this done and has perfect teeth. My sister and I both had the enamel on our teeth break off. My sister has full dentures at 51. I am 50 and I had to have my teeth fixed. I previously went and had my upper front eight removed and had a partial which was loose due to other teeth enamel breaking off and teeth breaking. Now I went to this dentist under recommendation from a friend and I do not regret it. I knew it wouldn't be easy. I had 4 teeth broken in half and 2 broken down to the gum line. I had a wisdom tooth that was trapped under a molar. He was able to remove all my teeth but he suggested leaving the bottom front six so that I could have a partial on the bottom. He said most people have a problem with bottom dentures rocking or becoming loose. Yes he was a little hard to understand but if I didn't understand him, his assistant told me what he said. He does not tell you when he is going to give you a shot to numb you and that is a little rough but he is very good and professional. He dealt with me forgetting to keep my mouth wide open. And even laugh when I said sorry keep forgetting. He was able to remove all my teeth, fix my front bottom six. Even told me sorry but we need to wait another week to get good moldings, your gums haven't healed well yet. So the gums healed and the molding went well. The denture fit great on top, and the bottom partial is tight. Feels great to eat anything I want again. Ice cream yes, been awhile. He said sorry you had a bad experience with a dentist with sealing your teeth, they should have known better, people's gums recede. This place is great and yes if you are having root canals, or tooth extractions. Sack up: it is going to be rough, but it is so much better than tooth pain.

The 2.0 rating is well earned for this dentist office. My family member went there and came home frazzled. The first line of customer service is the receptionist. Based on his experience she was rude and difficult to deal with. He’s not been able to get an appointment for his referral to an oral surgeon and again the receptionist has been less than helpful. Skip your regrets go elsewhere.

Like others I wish there was 0 stars! I went due to having tooth pain! He said I needed not 1 but 3 root canals, he wants easy money! Do not go here, I only need 1 root canal, as I needed to get into a place fast due to pain, I also went to him in 2012 he did do work on my teeth and he did not numb me well I ended up biting his fingers while he was drilling in my mouth! He told me to hush so I bite his fingers until he stopped, look for a different place,
