The 2.0 rating is well earned for this dentist office. My family member went there and came home frazzled. The first line of customer service is the receptionist. Based on his experience she was rude and difficult to deal with. He’s not been able to get an appointment for his referral to an oral surgeon and again the receptionist has been less than helpful. Skip your regrets go elsewhere.

Like others I wish there was 0 stars! I went due to having tooth pain! He said I needed not 1 but 3 root canals, he wants easy money! Do not go here, I only need 1 root canal, as I needed to get into a place fast due to pain, I also went to him in 2012 he did do work on my teeth and he did not numb me well I ended up biting his fingers while he was drilling in my mouth! He told me to hush so I bite his fingers until he stopped, look for a different place,

Like many other people, I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT GO HERE! There’s only 1 dentist that barely speaks English. He cannot understand what you’re saying to him and asks the assistants to translate. I told him I had extreme dentist ptsd before I had a tooth extracted. He numbed me and it felt like it hit my bone. I was crying and they left me alone for 15 mins sobbing. When he came back he asked if my mom was with me and if I was 18. I am 22 and I was alone, just panicking. I told him that I just have ptsd again. They asked twice if I was numb and both times I told them I was numb in my face, not my jaw. They continued anyway. I felt everything. I was sobbing and could not breathe. He asked what was wrong after minutes of me trying to scream and making snorting noises every time I tried to breathe. I told him I could not breathe and he had to ask the assistant what I said. The whole time, continuing to work on me. He kept saying the tooth was out but still digging into me. I was shaking worse than I ever have and sweat was pouring off of me. He shot me with another numbing shot without letting me know as I was freaking out. I could feel it all still. He asked me why I was crying but I couldn’t answer him because I was just trying to breathe. I kept telling him I was sorry. He kept yelling at me to hold my mouth open wider but I couldn’t. After it was done they put me on monitors for 15 mins to make sure I was okay from not breathing for so long. Britney is the only person there who cares at all. She wiped my tears and the sweat out of my ears. She talked to me calmly while the dentist kept telling her to hurry. It was traumatic to say the very least. My face has been swollen for a week and I’m scared to go back. There’s a huge hole in my mouth that’s not even where the tooth was extracted and I’m trying to find another dentist. My ear and temple hurt so bad a week later. Save yourself.
