I usually try to get that item at walmart just so I don't have to go into a GNC location. I now only like one product that GNC offers and its a protein called Wheybolic. I went in to the store and got a chocolate fudge wheybolic from the shelf and when I got home I ended up with a cookies and cream. When I went to exchange it I was charged the difference from the product being on sale the day I walked in and not being on sale the day of the exchange. I feel like the product should have been exchanged with no additional charge. The GNC return policy on the back of the receipt states: At GNC, we expect you will be completely satisfied with your purchase... I will no longer shop at GNC, and I will find a different product to fit my needs. This is the last bad customer experience I will have at a GNC location.
