- MMMichelleDec 29, 20255.0I went in for a pre-employment drug screen. The front desk was helpful. Process was easy. Went back and the nurse giving me instructions was very kind upbeat and made me feel like more like this is normal procedure and less like we are treating you like you are an addict until we know you're not. That is what my experience with most drug testing places are like. Guilty until proven innocent. I was recently put on adderall and have never had anything like that before, not to mention never been drug tested with it. I asked how that works and if they needed a prescription or my med bottles.They said nope, told me the process, its easy but takes a lil longer. Still treated with respect and more like a patient and not like " sure thats what every addict says" with an eye roll. Casual friendly chat while waiting for results and walked me to the door with respect, a smile, goodbye,and Good luck. Every employer should use concentra i think based on this initial first experience. It rare to have an easy process, friendly staff, AND not feel judged in drug testing centers even if its for employment screening.
