I was very uncomfortable sitting there listening to them. The doctor and nurses who helped us seemed amazing, but the front office staff might need to relearn some professionalism.

She made the oh, so embarrassing experience manageable. My nurse was Hannah. She slid the IV catheter in my vein like pushing a tooth pick through butter. By the time my brain registers that she had stuck me, she was already taping me down. I loved the Anesthesia lady. She made what a simple procedure should be - simple. Kellie was the post-op nurse who took me out to my car. She came in and already knew about my dogs and how Millie was the bratty one. My husband likes to chat, and must have spilled the tea when he met her before taking me to the car!! Dr. Rutigliano is like ball of sunshine wrapped in surgical scrubs and a Littman!!! This facility is so much fun. I’d love to go to the Christmas parties!! Y’all got my contact info. Jeff and I give fantastic grifts..🤣

From the moment I met Karen at the front office, and later with the staff that followed, each of them helped make the procedure comfortable and efficient. Dr. Papp and his personable team kept me smiling, even as I was falling asleep. It may sound surprising to say this, but my visit was entirely pleasant. “Thank you,” CSGA for your kind and professional care.
