I needed a new power cord for a CPAP machine. I was told by Resmed I had to contact a local AUTHORIZED dealer.
It was Saterday. I was told it would be $150.
I almost went for it then decided to look on Amazon. Yup, $36.
I understand they are in business to make money. But that kind of theft on a health issue?
I certainly wouldn't contact them again to buy a bandaid. He'll, I probably could afford the $87 anyway.

called Pennyrile Home Medical to have non-working stairlift serviced. The two technicians came out same day—were brilliant and quickly diagnosed the issue. This is after a technician with another business (who had installed the unit) came out and had no clue what was wrong. Great job, PHM and very reasonable fees. Thank you!!

Pennyrile home medical took advantage of us by delivering, in addition to what was ordered, equipment that we did not need, refusing to pick it back up, and then attempting to charge our insurance. ..and charging us rent for the unused item when we offered to drive it back in ourselves. The message on their machine about compassionate service is apparently a lie. The $ is their only goal.
