Loved the Nurse Practioner ! They have saved me a couple times. Once I needed a school physical, and I didn't think they even did that but I was on a time crunch....someone said "try the LC", so I did. I'm also a Veteran, and I usually drive 45mins to an hour in I75/ 275 traffic to get to the VA normally. I was so tired and so sick I just didn't want to make that drive. I called the LC. They were great! The only small complaint I have is the Kiosk, and the online appointment making just because they are not very user friendly....
UNTIL.......😡🤬
They refused to treat my daughter after 3 Dr's visits, they frighten my daughter then began arguing with me saying " well ur kid says she's ok" oh for Pete's Sake. She missed school repeatedly has a sinus infection but for some reason this so called Nurse Practioner decided to interrogate my 9yr old, who started crying. Unacceptable! Then I took my child to ANOTHER Dr office ( a real one) and immediately said " She needs antibiotics, I can't believe she didn't prescribe this sooner". Then the nurse, one of the black.ones, I have to go back and look up their names, but my child has a secondary BACK.UP insurance through the military....IT CLEARLY SAYS CHAMPVA PAYS 2ND! PLUS I TOLD HER ITS NOT HER PRIMARY. I WAS VERY CLEAR, AND SHE RESPONDED.....BUT GUESS WHAT SHE DID WHAT SHE WANTED AND MY SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD'S HEALTH INSURANCE WAS CANCELED. UNBELIEVABLE. IM FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MEDICAL BOARD! THE FACT THAT KROGER EVEN HIRES THESE NEGLIGENT MEDICAL PERSONNEL IS LAUGHABLE. BOTTOM OF THE BARREL.
I NOW UNDERSTAND WHY NO ONE GOES TO THIS CLINIC, AND WHY THEY HAVE A TERRIBLE REVIEW. STAY AWAY

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came on a Thursday with symptoms of a sore throat that I knew was gonna turn into sinus sinus infection because it happens with me all the time. As a nurse I also understand illness and sickness. But when I was seen on Thursday with an incompetent NP or PA, they’re only recommendation was changing an allergy medication and adding a nasal spray after a negative strep test. So when things got worse by Saturday after doing “their” recommendations, I returned and received another incompetent NP or PA who pretty much told me that they can’t give an antibiotic prescription unless you’ve been suffering for more than 10 to 14 days... Seriously. I’ve been seen by Kroger clinics for a few years now and I’ve never been treated this way and if they would have looked at my chart and history they would have seen this. Do not come here if you’re looking for proper care. If you just need a quick physical and a vaccine, this is your place. But do not come here if you need anything else. Absolutely horrible service and now I will have to pay two bills for nothing. I will never be returning to this clinic.

Went in and signed in, only person in line waiting. Stated they couldn't see me til 2:30pm due to them all going to lunch at 1:30pm, and at the time it was 1:00pm. Bad service, very rude.

Absolutely worst expierence ever, do not waste your time. My boyfriend went as he was having the same symptoms as I had the week before. I had a nasty sinus infection which only cleared up with antibiotics. He was told that if he didn't feel better to call back after a few days, and of course his infection didbt clear up. On calling back the lady that took his call was extremely condensing, and told him that all he needed was Sudafed. He had explained that he had already taken otc medicine but not feeling better. They are horrible and a waste of time. He will now do what he should have in the first place and go and see a 'real medical professional. .

Had the worst experience ever. Corporate office in TN would not help. Only good for kid school check up, not for any actual health problems. Pharmacist would be more helpful.
