The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
The worst clinic to get treated at. I have been 4 times, not by choice, & every time the receptionist argues me that my name is my Dads…don’t bother making an appointment ahead of time because you will still sit for 30+ mins and be asked to recreate an appointment. Once again, the receptionist doesn’t know what she’s doing. The Dr at this location is rude and pushes her political views about the COVID vaccine on patients. My husband had an experience where the doctor was laughing about a patient to a coworker because they didn’t want to the COVID vaccine. Very unprofessional. I would rather go sit in the Florence St. E hospital waiting room for hours than go back to the Hebron Little Clinic.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came on a Thursday with symptoms of a sore throat that I knew was gonna turn into sinus sinus infection because it happens with me all the time. As a nurse I also understand illness and sickness. But when I was seen on Thursday with an incompetent NP or PA, they’re only recommendation was changing an allergy medication and adding a nasal spray after a negative strep test. So when things got worse by Saturday after doing “their” recommendations, I returned and received another incompetent NP or PA who pretty much told me that they can’t give an antibiotic prescription unless you’ve been suffering for more than 10 to 14 days... Seriously. I’ve been seen by Kroger clinics for a few years now and I’ve never been treated this way and if they would have looked at my chart and history they would have seen this. Do not come here if you’re looking for proper care. If you just need a quick physical and a vaccine, this is your place. But do not come here if you need anything else. Absolutely horrible service and now I will have to pay two bills for nothing. I will never be returning to this clinic.

Wish I had read the reviews before I went here. I was told that I had an upper respiratory infection and ear infection and a fever but they wouldn't give me any antibiotics. Instead they gave me an inhaler. Really ....what a joke. Save your time and money

Absolutely worst expierence ever, do not waste your time. My boyfriend went as he was having the same symptoms as I had the week before. I had a nasty sinus infection which only cleared up with antibiotics. He was told that if he didn't feel better to call back after a few days, and of course his infection didbt clear up. On calling back the lady that took his call was extremely condensing, and told him that all he needed was Sudafed. He had explained that he had already taken otc medicine but not feeling better. They are horrible and a waste of time. He will now do what he should have in the first place and go and see a 'real medical professional. .

Had the worst experience ever. Corporate office in TN would not help. Only good for kid school check up, not for any actual health problems. Pharmacist would be more helpful.
