They refused to give him a copy of his prescription bc they said it’s over a year old. They obviously do not care about their patients or their ability to see or you think they would’ve been happy to give him the prescription especially considering it’s an emergency. Eyebuydirect would’ve given him a new emergency pair that would’ve came in like 3 days but again, this place refused to give him his own prescription. Will be checking with the legality of this matter because I’ve never heard of being refused a copy of an eye prescription.
